Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive an email with your tracking number, if not email us. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.
