Return Policy
You can return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. If the product is returned after the 30-day period, we cannot offer a refund, but we will gladly assist you with an exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at myaerobag@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Pack and Ship: Simply pack your AeroBag in its original condition and ship it back using the provided label.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange your AeroBag for a different size, color, or model, we are happy to assist you! Just contact our support team at myaerobag@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
- Once your return is processed, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
